How to spend free time with quality? Part 2

6 – Learn something that is actually of interest to you. Use the free time to learn more about matters of interest only to enrich your personal and general culture, without having the pressure to achieve goals or objectives (as when learning is done for professional reasons).

7 – Have a hobby or pastime. If you have any hobbies, or would like to have, spend parto f your free time with it. So you can forget some of the tension of the day-to-day, develop new skills, meet people with the same interests, among other things.

8 – Learn to enjoy tasks like cooking or gardening. If you already like to cook, enjoy a bit of free time to explore and try new recipes. If the kitchen is not (yet!) your strong point, start by trying some simple recipes.

9 – Pets. Devote to them part of your free time. If you have too much work and not enough time to have a pet, adopt one. The end result is that you will convert the free time you thought you hadn’t in favor of your new friend!

10 – Be friendly. Fill part of your free time with activities or meetings with friends. These moments are always great fun, relaxing, where you can say or do things that you don’t have opportunity when you are working.

I hope you enjoyed these ideas and that you start using your free time in a way that really gives you pleasure.
